How to host your electric vehicle on evee

evee is an all electric car sharing platform, whereby drivers can rent off and connect with passionate electric vehicle owners - aka ‘Hosts’.

List your car

To list your electric car on evee, fill out the car listing form that includes vehicle make, model, year, mileage and registration details.

  • Upload good quality photos of your car. View guide
  • Set your availability and your daily rate. We give rental rate recommendations as a guide, but you are free to set your own rate. Lower prices attract more customers for longer rental periods.
  • We take 35% commission from your set rental rate, which covers evee’s operating costs in running the platform and marketing your car. Learn more
  • After you’ve listed your car and proven the ownership of the vehicle, you’re good to go! You are covered by our commercial rental insurance policy for rentals made through evee. Learn more
Time to host

Confirm your first booking

When you receive a booking request you have 24 hours to confirm the booking before it expires. Once confirmed, we process the renter’s payment. Please keep your availability calendar up to date, to ensure you don’t have to reject any booking requests that come through.

Ready, steady, go...

Organise the vehicle handover

Once a booking has been confirmed, evee shares your contact details with the renter and the renter’s details with you. Message them to arrange a time and exact location to hand over the car. Follow the handover guidelines sent to you via email on the day, and make sure you take photos of the inside and outside of the car for your records, noting any existing damage.

Almost done

Return and payout

Meet the renter to receive your car back, and note any additional charges and signs of new damage. Once again, take photos of the inside and outside of the car for your records. evee pays your rental income directly into your nominated account within 7 days.
